At Outsunny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
